I had a really bad experience at this hotel. The rooms were outdated, sometimes had no hot water, and the restroom was dirty. I even had a terrible fall because the shower head was missing, and the staff didn't take responsibility for it. The customer service was horrible. However, when I was moved to a new room, it was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. There were sketchy people everywhere partying, making it impossible to sleep. I had to leave, and it was a complete waste of money. I won't be coming back to this property.

The staff had no intention of making me feel welcomed, and they didn't make any effort to compensate for the issues, like the roach incident. When I interacted with the staff at the other room, they were helpful and courteous.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, the service left much to be desired with staff members appearing out of sync and unwelcoming. The location, however, was convenient and made me feel comfortable and safe. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown despite good overall facilities.
