I had a really bad experience at this hotel. The rooms were outdated, sometimes had no hot water, and the restroom was dirty. I even had a terrible fall because the shower head was missing, and the staff didn't take responsibility for it. The customer service was horrible. However, when I was moved to a new room, it was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. There were sketchy people everywhere partying, making it impossible to sleep. I had to leave, and it was a complete waste of money. I won't be coming back to this property.
